Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017-2019. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 30 perusahaan manufaktur yang telah diseleksi dengan metode purposive sampling. Data diolah menggunakan program EViews 11. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa human capital efficiency berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan structural capital efficiency, capital employed efficiency tidak berpengaruh terhadap firm performance. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa peran intellectual capital ke depan akan semakin penting dalam menentukan kinerja perusahaan. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of intellectual capital on firm performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The data used is secondary data in the form of the company's annual report. The sample of this research is 30 manufacturing companies that have been selected by purposive sampling method. The data is processed using the EViews 11 program. The results show that human capital efficiency has an effect on company performance, while structural capital efficiency and capital employed efficiency have no effect on firm performance. The implication of this research is that the role of intellectual capital in the future will be increasingly important in determining the company's performance.
