Abstract
The purpose of this activity is to introduce the business management skills to teachers, especially senior high school teachers in Ketapang, West Kalimantan. Our targeted outcome was developing business management understanding among senior high school teachers in Ketapang. We expect that by having an understanding of business management, teachers can disseminate business management knowledge to their students and be able to encourage intention to do business both for themselves or their students. When it comes to the retirement period, business management knowledge can be useful to help set business activities to earn income. Furthermore, as member of society which has respected profession, teachers also have the opportunity to invite people in their surroundings to play an active role in reducing poverty through the creation of new jobs.
