This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on the performance of PT. Inner City Management employees. The subjects studied were employees of PT. Inner City Management where the company is engaged in apartment maintenance having its address at Apartemen Mediterania Garden Residences 2, Tanjung Duren Selatan, West Jakarta. The number of samples taken ini this study were all employees , totaling 40 people who were obtained by distributing questionnaires via google form with a saturated sampling technique / cencus. After the data is collected , it is processed using the Smart PLS program. The results of data processing show that job satisfaction has a positive effect on employess performance. Then work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: Satisfaction , Motivation , Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Inner City Management. Subjek yang diteliti adalah karyawan pada PT. Inner City Management di mana perusahaan tersebut bergerak di bidang pemeliharaan dan pengelolaan Apartemen yang beralamat di Apartemen Mediterania Garden Residences 2, Tanjung Duren Selatan, Jakarta Barat. Jumlah sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan yang berjumlah 40 orang yang diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner melalui google form dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh/sensus. Setelah data dikumpulkan maka diolah dengan program Smart PLS. Hasil dari pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kemudian motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Kepuasan , Motivasi , Kinerja
