This study was conducted to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes and locus of control on the financial behavior of factory workers. Respondents in this study amounted to 103 respondents who are factory workers in the North Jakarta area. primary data is the data used in this study obtained through questionnaires distributed directly or indirectly by applying the convenience sampling method. The data that has been obtained is processed using SmartPLS software with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that financial knowledge, financial attitudes and locus of control have a positive influence on financial behavior.
