Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence in empathy, moral obligation, and experience on social entrepreneurial intentions in Management students at Tarumanagara University. The research design used is descriptive research, the sample in this study uses a non-probability sampling method. This study obtains data through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents from Tarumanagara University Management students. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables empathy, moral obligation, and experience have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of social entrepreneurial intention. Keywords: Empathy, Moral Obligation, Experience, Social Entrepreneurial Intentions. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dalam empathy, moral obligation, dan experience terhadap social entrepreneurial intentions pada mahasiswa Manajemen Universitas Tarumanagara. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif, sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability sampling Penelitian ini mendapatkan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 100 responden mahasiswa Manajemen Universitas Tarumanagara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yaitu empathy, moral obligation, dan experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen social entrepreneurial intentions.
