Abstract

The problem of human resources is still the focus of companies to survive in the era of globalization, companies are required to conduct more competitive business competition in the face of competition like this. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadership style, work motivation and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study as many as 877 employees and the sample used using simple random sampling method as many as 90 respondents using the Slovin formula, data analysis techniques using SmartPLS version.3.0. The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation does not significantly affect employee performance and work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT SYNNEX METRODATA INDONESIA. Masalah sumber daya manusia masih menjadi fokus perusahaan untuk bertahan di era globalisasi, perusahaan dituntut untuk melakukan persaingan usaha yang lebih kompetitif dalam menghadapi persaingan seperti ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan lingkingan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 877 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan menggunakan metode simple random sampling sebanyak 90 responden dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS versi.3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT SYNNEX METRODATA INDONESIA.
