Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of effort expectancy, attitude and service quality towards continuance intention of mobile payment Dana users in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research used non-probability sampling with the convenience sampling technique and the data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires with google form to 225 respondents, but only 217 respondents could be used. Data processing in this study uses SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that attitude and service quality have a positive effect on continuance intention, while effort expectancy does not have a positive effect on continuance intention. Keywords: Continuance Intention, Effort Expectancy, Attitude, Service Quality. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh effort expectancy, attitude dan service quality terhadap continuance intention pada pengguna mobile payment Dana di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling dan data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuisioner secara online dengan google form kepada 225 responden, namun hanya 217 responden yang dapat digunakan. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa attitude dan service quality memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap continuance intention, sedangkan effort expectancy tidak memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap continuance intention.
