Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh big five personality terhadap customer satisfaction dengan attitude to brand dan customer loyalty sebagai variable mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode judgement sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 200 responden di Indonesia . Analsisi data menggunakan analisis SEM PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa big five personality berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction, customer loyalty ,attitude to brand berpengaruh terhadap obesitas seseorang . attitude to brand dan customer loyalty mampu menjadi variabel mediasi pengaruh big five personality terhadap customer satisfaction mampu menjadi variabel mediasi attitude to brand dan customer loyalty terhadap customer satisfaction pada tingkat obesitas di indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the big five personality on customer satisfaction with attitude to brand and customer loyalty as mediating variables. This research was conducted by using judgment sampling method. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 200 respondents in Indonesia. Data analysis using PLS SEM analysis. The results of the analysis conclude that the big five personality affects customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, attitude to brand affects a person's obesity. Attitude to brand and customer loyalty can be a mediating variable for the influence of the big five personality on customer satisfaction.
