Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether environmental, social, and economic aspects have a positive and significant impact on the performance of MSMEs. The population in this study is MSMEs in the culinary field. The sample used in this study were 74 respondents in the culinary MSMEs sector in Sunter. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling by distributing online and offline questionnaires which are then processed using SmartPLS. The results of this study are: 1) Environmental aspects have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in the Sunter area, 2) Social aspects have a positive and significant impact on the performance of MSMEs in the Sunter area, 3) Economic aspects have a positive and significant impact on the performance of MSMEs in the Sunter area. Keywords: Environmental Aspects, Social Aspects, Economic Aspects, and Business Performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah aspek lingkungan, aspek sosial, dan aspek ekonomi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM bidang kuliner. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu 74 responden UMKM bidang kuliner di Sunter. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu convenience sampling dengan menyebar kuesioner secara online dan offline yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Aspek lingkungan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM di kawasan Sunter, 2) Aspek sosial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM di kawasan Sunter, 3) Aspek ekonomi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM di kawasan Sunter Kata Kunci : Aspek Lingkungan, Aspek Sosial, Aspek Ekonomi, dan Kinerja Usaha
