Abstract

This Research was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of organizational culture, communication competence and work discipline on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) employees in Tangerang City. The subjects of this study were 100 employees who work for MSMEs in Tangerang City. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire on Google Form in which data and information from respondents is processed using the SMART-PLS application version 3.0. The results of the analysis of this study show that organizational culture, communication competence and work discipline have positive and significant results on employee performance. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompetensi komunikasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Kota Tangerang. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah 100 orang pegawai yang bekerja pada UMKM di Kota Tangerang. Instrumen yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner pada Google Form yang mana data dan informasi dari responden diolah menggunakan aplikasi SMART-PLS versi 3.0. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa budaya organisasi, kompetensi komunikasi dan disiplin kerja memiliki hasil positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
