Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of emotional intelligence, adversity quotient and self-efficacy on employee job stress at PT. Muliapack. This research uses quantitative methods. The subject of this study was 60 employees of PT. Muliapack. The sample research method uses simple random sampling. Data collection uses questionnaires that are distributed directly to employees. The analytical technique used is Structural Equation Modeling which is assisted by the SmartPLS program version 3.3.3. The results of the study showed that emotional intelligence has a negative and significant influence on employee job stress at PT. Muliapack. Furthermore, adversity quotient has a negative and significant influence on employee job stress at PT. Muliapack. In addition, self-efficacy has a negative and significant influence on employee job stress at PT. Muliapack. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan adversitas dan efikasi diri terhadap stres kerja karyawan di PT. Mulipack. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 60 karyawan PT. Muliapack. Metode penelitian sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung kepada karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling yang dibantu dengan program SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional mempuyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja karyawan PT. Muliapack. Selanjutnya, kecerdasan adversitas mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja karyawan PT. Muliapack. Selain itu, efikasi diri mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja karyawan di PT. Muliapack.
