Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether 1) working capital can affect financial performance 2) cash flow can affect financial performance 3) leverage can affect financial performance. The research observations were 144 companies from sample of 36 banking companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020, and using purposive sampling method. Company data for sample selection was taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely idx.co.id. data processing is done using Eviews10 software. The result of this study indicate that working capital (MK) has a negative but significant effect on financial performance (ROE); cash flow (BOPO) has a negative but significant effect on financial performance (ROE); and leverage (DER) has a negative and not significant effect on financial performance (ROE). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah 1) working capital dapat mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan 2) cash flow dapat mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan 3) leverage dapat mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan. observasi penelitian ini berjumlah 144 perusahaan dari sampel 36 perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam periode 2017-2020 dan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data perusahaan untuk pemilihan sampel diambil dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia, yaitu www.idx.co.id. pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan s oftware Eviews10. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa working capital (MK) memiliki pengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROE); cash flow (BOPO) memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROE); leverage (DER) memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROE).
