Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what is the effect of Brand Image on the public on the Toyota brand and Toyota Brand Image in West Jakarta and what are the factors that make people believe in the Toyota brand. Then whether Toyota can create a sense of loyalty to consumers so that consumers use products from Toyota. Keywords Brand Experience, Brand Image ,Brand Trust, brand attachment, purchase intention
