Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction on employee performance. The sample in the study was 34 employee of CV. Sumber Hidup. The analysis method used is SmartPLS 3.2.8 resulting in that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 34 karyawan CV. Sumber Hidup. Metode yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS 3.3.3 menghasilkan bahwa motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja memiliki positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
