Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of capital structure (DER), profitability (ROA & NPM) and Institutional Ownership (INST_OWN) on firm value (PBV). The population in this study were all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The sample used is 42 companies x 3 years with a total of 126 observations. The data analysis method used is panel data regression. The results showed that: (1) DER had a negative and significant effect on PBV, (2) ROA had a positive and significant effect on PBV, (3) NPM had a positive and insignificant effect on PBV, (4) INST OWN had negative and insignificant effects on PBV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal (DER), profitabilitas (ROA & NPM) dan Kepemilikan Institusional (INST_OWN) terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2019. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 42 perusahaan x 3 tahun dengan total 126 observasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) DER memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap PBV, (2) ROA memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PBV, (3) NPM memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap PBV, (4) INST_OWN berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap PBV.
