Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan, yang pertama yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan yang kedua yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Peneliti memilih subjek penelitian terhadap karyawan di salah satu perusahan yang terletak di Jakarta. Peneliti mengambil jumlah sampel sebanyak 31 responden dan penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS. Dengan menggunakan convenience sampling, temuan pada penelitian ini menunjuakan bahwa komunikasi dan keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The Research has two objectives, the first is to find out whether there is an effect of communication on employee performance and the second is to find out whether there is an effect of work involvement on employee performance. Researchers chose the subject of research on employees in a company located in Jakarta. Researchers took a sample of 31 respondents and this study uses SmartPLS. By using convenience sampling, the findings of this study indicate that communication and work involvement have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
