Abstract

Recently, e-wallet has become a growing industry. E-wallet users are increasing because users have felt the benefits of using an e-wallet. However, in recent years, one of BCA's e-wallets, Sakuku, has experienced a decline in terms of active users. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to empirically test the influence of confirmation, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and satisfaction on continuance usage intention of Sakuku users in Jakarta. The number of samples is 232 respondents, which is obtained from distributing online questionnaires through Google Form. The results of this study shows that perceived usefulness and satisfaction can affect the continuance usage intention of Sakuku users in Jakarta, confirmation of perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use can affect satisfaction of Sakuku users in Jakarta, perceived ease of use cannot affect the continuance usage intention of Sakuku users in Jakarta. Jakarta, and satisfaction can mediate perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use on the continuance usage intention of Sakuku users in Jakarta Keywords: confirmation, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, satisfaction, continuance usage intention, e-wallet. E-wallet menjadi salah satu industri yang berkembang saat ini. Pengguna e-wallet semakin bertambah dikarenakan pengguna semakin merasakan manfaat dari menggunakan e-wallet. Namun dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, salah satu e-wallet dari BCA, yaitu Sakuku malah mengalami penurunan dari segi pengguna aktifnya. Maka dari itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji secara empiris pengaruh confirmation, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan satisfaction terhadap continuance usage intention pengguna Sakuku di Jakarta. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 232 responden yang didapatkan dari menyebarkan kuesioner secara online melalui Google Form. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa perceived usefulness, dan satisfaction dapat mempengaruhi continuance usage intention pengguna Sakuku di Jakarta, confirmation perceived usefulness, dan perceived ease of use dapat mempengaruhi satisfaction pengguna Sakuku di Jakarta, perceived ease of use tidak dapat mempengaruhi continuance usage intention pengguna Sakuku di Jakarta, dan satisfaction dapat memediasi perceived usefulness, dan perceived ease of use terhadap continuance usage intention pengguna Sakuku di Jakarta.
