Abstract

This study was conducted to see the effect of job satisfaction and leadership on employee performance. The population used in this study are Shopee employees who are domiciled in West Jakarta. While the sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling where the sample has met the research criteria. The sample size in this study amounted to 170 shopee employees who work from home. Data was collected through the distribution of online questionnaires using google form. The data analysis technique uses a structural equation model (SEM) with the help of the smartPLS version 3. The results of hypothesis testing prove that job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance. Leadership also has a significant effect on the performance of shopee employees who work from home. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat adanya pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Shopee yang berdomisili di Jakarta Barat. Sedangkan teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dimana sampel telah memenuhi kritetria penelitian. Ukuran sampel pada penelitian berjumlah 170 orang karyawan shopee yang melakukan work from home. Pengumpulan data dilakukan lewat penyebaran kuesioner secara online menggunakan google form. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan structural equation model (SEM) dengan bantuan program smartPLS versi 3. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan shopee yang melakukan work from home.
