Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job design and organization culture on human resource performance through work motivation as a mediating variable. The results showed that job design did not have a positive and significant effect on human resource performance, but job design had a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Organizational culture variable does not have a positive and significant influence on human resource performance. Organizational culture variables do not have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Furthermore, the variables of Work motivation and organizational culture do not have a positive and significant influence on human resource performance. Organizational Culture variable does not have a positive and significant influence on human resource performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. Through the results of the research, it can be implemented that companies need to pay attention to the level of job design and organizational culture of their employees if they want to maintain human resource performance because an increase in job design and organizational culture will trigger work motivation which will improve human resource performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh job design dan organization culture terhadap human resource performance melalui Work motivation Sebagai Variabel mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Job design tidak memilki pengaruh secara positive dan signifikan terhadap human resource performance, namun job design memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work motivation. Variabel organizational culture tidak memilki pengaruh secara positive dan signifikan terhadap human resource performance. Variabel organizational culture tidak memilki pengaruh secara positive dan signifikan terhadap work motivation. Selanjutnya variabel Work motivation dan organizational culture tidakmemilki pengaruh secara positive dan signifikan terhadap human resource performance. Variabel Organizational Culture tidak memilki pengaruh secara positive dan signifikan terhadap human resource performancedengan work motivation sebagai variabel mediasi. Melalui hasil penelitian dapat diimplementasikan bahwa perusahaan perlu untuk memperhatikan tingkat job design dan organizational culture dari para pegawainya apabila ingin menjaga human resource performance dikarenakan peningkatan job design dan organizational culture akan memicu terjadinya work motivation yang akan meningkatkan human resource performance.
