Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether attitude, health consciousness, and environmental concern play a significant role in the purchase intention of SaladStop! in Jakarta. This study employed the survey method, with data collected via questionnaire. The data for this study was collected from 200 SaladStop! consumers using the convenience sampling technique, and the data was then analyzed using SMARTPLS. According to the findings of this study, attitude, health consciousness, and environmental concern all have a positive and significant impact on the purchase intention of SaladStop! in Jakarta. This research is expected to filling research gaps on consumer purchase intentions for organic food which is still relatively minimal among practitioners and academics with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is also expected to provide contribution to academics and practitioners about the effect of attitudes, health consciousness, and environmental concern and their effects on consumers purchase intention. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan apakah sikap, kesadaran kesehatan, dan kepedulian lingkungan mempunyai peran penting dalam niat pembelian SaladStop! di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 200 konsumen SaladStop! menggunakan teknik convenience sampling, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan SMARTPLS. Menurut temuan penelitian ini, sikap, kesadaran kesehatan, dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan semuanya memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli SaladStop! di Jakarta. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengisi gap penelitian mengenai niat beli konsumen terhadap makanan organik yang masih relatif minim di kalangan praktisi dan akademisi, terutama dengan adanya dampak dari pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi akademisi dan praktisi tentang pengaruh sikap, kesadaran kesehatan, dan kepedulian lingkungan serta pengaruhnya terhadap niat beli konsumen.
