Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship of workload, work motivation and work environment on the job satisfaction of employees of PT Andalan Ekspor Indonesia. The research sample was 110 employees. This research method uses SmartPLS and by distributing questionnaires via google form. The results of this study are that there is a negative influence of workload on the job satisfaction of employees of PT Andalan Ekspor Indonesia and positive influence of work motivation and work environment on the job satisfaction of employees of PT Andalan Ekspor Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Andalan Ekspor Indonesia. Sampel penelitian adalah 110 karyawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS dan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Andalan Ekspor Indonesia. Sedangkan motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Andalan Ekspor Indonesia.
