Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the role of Attitude toward Money, Locus of Control, Financial Self-Efficacy and Self-Control in explaining Financial Management Behavior among workers that use E-commerce and live in Jakarta. The samples used in this study are worker that use E-commerce and live in Jakarta. The sample of this study collected from 208 who are workers that use E-commerce and live in Jakarta. The respondents collected by using convenience sampling method. Data analysis technique used in this research was Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The result of this study are : (1)Attitude toward Money has positive influence toward Financial Management Behavior;(2)Locus of Control has positive influence toward Financial Management Behavior; (3)Financial Self-Efficacy has positive influence toward Financial Management Behavior;(4)Self-Control has positive influence toward Financial Management Behavior. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari attitude toward money, locus of control, financial self-efficacy dan self-control terhadap financial management behavior. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pekerja yang menggunakan E-commerce dan berdomisili di Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan 208 responden yang merupakan pekerja yang menggunakan E-commerce dan berdomisili di Jakarta. Sampel ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1)Attitude toward Money memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Financial Management Behavior; (2)Locus of Control memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Financial Management Behavior; (3)Financial Self-Efficacy memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Financial Management Behavior; (4)Self-Control memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Financial Management Behavior.
