Abstract

This study aims to empirically test store atmosphere, quality of personal, and customer satisfaction as predictors of repatronage intentions at Indomaret. The total sample in this study was 170 Indomaret customers. This study uses a descriptive research design and sampling using convenience sampling technique. Data analysis used partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software version 3. The results showed that store atmosphere, quality of personal, and customer satisfaction could positively predict repatronage intentions in Indomaret. Furthermore, store atmosphere and quality of personal can positively predict customer satisfaction at Indomaret. In addition, store atmosphere and quality of personal can positively predict repatronage intentions through customer satisfaction at Indomaret.. Keywords: store atmosphere, quality of personal, customer satisfaction, repatronage intentions. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menguji secara empiris store atmosphere, quality of personal, dan customer satisfaction sebagai prediktor terhadap repatronage intentions pada Indomaret. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 170 pelanggan Indomaret. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Analisis data menggunakan partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa store atmosphere, quality of personal, dan customer satisfaction dapat memprediksi secara positif repatronage intentions pada indomaret. Lebih lanjut, store atmosphere dan quality of personal dapat memprediksi secara positif customer satisfaction pada indomaret. Selain itu, store atmosphere dan quality of personal dapat memprediksi secara positif repatronage intentions melalui customer satisfaction pada Indomaret. Kata kunci: store atmosphere, quality of personal, customer satisfaction, repatronage intentions.
