Abstract
This research has a purpose to find out the relationship between double roles and work motivation (study with the woman as a teacher and house wife). The subject in this research are 22 subjects. The data is taken using questionnaire with are based on Likert scale and semantic differential scale, the data was analyzed by SPSS software version 13.0. The processing technique is using Spearman Rho, because the data in this research is not normal. The result of this research shows rs (22)= 0,307 p < 0,01. It means that there is a relationship between double roles and work motivation.
