Abstract
This study aimed to determine the relationship between service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty at PT X in Tangerang. Variables used are service quality customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The data used is in 2014. Data collection technique is using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple correlation method Results of the analysis concluded that there is a relationship between service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty at PT X in Tangerang.
