Increasingly, the importance intangible assets of a company was increased with the insignificance of the research into internal the company towards the firm performance in Indonesia. Then the researcher researched Intellectual Capital influence towards the firm performance who was represented by ROA, ROE, and EPS. Which the subject in this research was the 27 companies in the mining industry who listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (the Indonesian stock exchange). This study is using secondary data as a method of data collection, where secondary data used in the simple regression and correlation analysis former that has been tested in advance by using t-Test and Anava Test. The results of this research said that there is no influence that was significant between Intellectual Capital and EPS, and had weak and positive relations. For the other variable showed there was significant influence between Intellectual Capital against ROA and ROE and had strong and positive relations.
