This study was conducted to investigate the effect of leadership style and entrepreneurial orientation on family business performance quality using survey data from 200 entrepreneurs. The study has tested the hypothesis of leadership style (transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and passive-avoidant leadership) and entrepreneurial orientation (innovation, proactiveness, and risk-taking) have significant affect with the family business performance quality. The non-probabilistic convenience sampling method waas used in this research. The method of data collection was conducted by using questionnaires to entrepreneur of family business. The technique of data analysis used was the multiple regression analysis. Findings this research showed that performance quality significantly affected by leadership style and entrepreneurial orientation.
