Abstract
The purpose of this study is to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of leverage, profitability, and net working capital on cash holding with firm size and firm age as control variabels in consumer non-cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018-2021. This research was conducted using a sample of 61 consumer non-cyclicals companies with the sample selection method used was purposive sampling in accordance with predetermined criteria. The data processing of this research was carried out using SPSS Statistics 26 software. The results show that leverage has a negative and no significant effect on cash holding, profitability has a significant positive effect on cash holding, net working capital has a significant positive effect on cash holding.
