Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, the effect of food quality on customer satisfaction, and the effect of service quality and food quality on customer satisfaction. This research was used the non-probabilistic convenience sampling. The method of data collection was conducted by using questionnaires to Economic Faculty of Tarumanagara University Undergraduate. The technique of data analysis used was the multiple regression analysis. Findings this research showed that customer satisfaction significantly affected by service quality and food quality.
