Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of degree of operating leverage, debt to equity ratio, and operating cash flow to stock return. The subjects in this study were manufacturing company which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2010-2011. The objects of this research were degree of operating leverage, debt to equity ratio, operating cash flow, and return stock. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Sampling was conducted with purposive sampling method. Test performed by Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The test results showed that the degree of operating leverage and debt to equity ratio has no effect on stock returns. While operating cash flow has a positive and significant impact on stock returns. The result also shows that degree of operating leverage, debt to equity ratio, and operating cash flow all together have a significant influence on stock return of manufacturing company which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2010-2011.
