Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of differentiation, satisfaction and service quality on the word of mouth marketing. This population of this research were students of Tarumanagara University in Jakarta. The sampling frame was limited for those who enter class of 2008 until 2012 in Economic Faculty. The non-probabilistic sampling method was used in this research. The method of data collection as conducted by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents. The technique of data analyze used was the multiple regression analysis. The finding of this research showed that word of mouth marketing is positively and significantly affected by differentiation and service quality.
