Abstract

Natural resource management in the mining sector carried out by the government and business entities has so far caused negative impacts, including: natural damage, environmental damage, and communities and business entities that still ignore the values of these natural resources. As what happened in Bangka, Bangka Belitung Islands Province, there are many mining areas that do not pay attention to environmental damage, strict law enforcement and settlement mechanisms related to environmental damage are needed based on legal basis and a sense of justice that has the potential to be good in the future.
