Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, peluang pertumbuhan, dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan struktur modal sebagai variabel mediasi perusahaan keluarga sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2021. Pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SmartPLS 4.0.8.4 dan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, sedangkan peluang pertumbuhan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Profitabilitas dan struktur moda l berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, peluang pertumbuhan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan likuditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dimediasi struktur modal, peluang pertumbuhan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dimediasi struktur modal, dan likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dimediasi struktur modal. Kata Kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, Peluang Pertumbuhan, Likuiditas ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, growth opportunities, and liquidity on company value with capital structure as a mediating variable for family companies in the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The sample selection in this study was carried out using purposive sampling. The samples obtained in this study used the SmartPLS 4.0.8.4 and Microsoft Excel programs. The results showed that profitability and liquidity had a negative and significant effect on capital structure, while growth opportunities had a positive and insignificant effect on capital structure. Profitability and capital structure have a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, growth opportunities have a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, and liquidity has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Profitability has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value mediated by capital structure, growth opportunities have a positive and insignificant effect on firm value mediated by capital structure, and liquidity has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value mediated by capital structure.
