Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh working capital management and policies, financial leverage, dan growth terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan manufaktur konsumen primer non-cylical yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan 43 sampel dan 129 data dari perusahaan manufaktur yang diseleksi dengan metode purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini diinput dan dihitung menggunakan program Microsoft Excel serta diolah menggunakan software Eviews 12. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa working capital management and policies berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, financial leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, dan growth berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Kata kunci: working capital management and policies, financial leverage, growth, profitabilitas. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effects of working capital management and policies, financial leverage, and growth on profitability non-cylical consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2019-2021. This research used 43 samples and 129 data from manufacturing companies selected by purposive sampling method. Data used in this research were input and calculated by Microsoft Excel program and processed by Eviews 12 program. The results of this study indicate that working capital management and policies has a significant negative effect on profitability, financial leverage has no effect on profitability, and growth has a non-significant positive effect on profitability.
