Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap nilai perushaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan 43 data perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2019-2021 dengan metode seleksi purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan sebelumnya dan diolah menggunakan program e-views 12 dan microsoft excel 2016. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas dan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, dan Leverage ABSTRACT Abstract: The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of liquidity, profitability, and leverage on value of the company. This research was conducted using 43 data of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the year 2019-20121 with a purposive sampling method of selection with predetermined criteria and processed using the e-views program 12 and microsoft excel 2016. Based on the research conducted, the liquidity has a significant positive effect on value of the company, profitability and leverage have no significant effect on value of the company.
