Abstract

ABSTRAK: This research determines the object of research at PT Anam Tiociu which is engaged in the food & beverage sector. This object occurs problems such as job satisfaction that is not high for employees, complaints about compensation, lack of appreciation for work results. In terms of job satisfaction, this has not been felt optimally due to difficult target achievement, as well as the problem of burnout at work. If the problem is not detected and a solution is sought, it will negatively affect the performance of PT Anam Tiociu's employees. The data we collected using an online questionnaire from 40 respondents who were employees of PT anam tiociu were then processed using pls-sem. the results of hypothesis testing show that the effect of compensation, work environment and motivation. influence on employee performance.
