Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami implementasi teknologi dalam proses audit terhadap efektivitas dan efisiensi audit pada KAP ABC yang dilakukan dengan mewawancarai sembilan pegawai yang terdiri dari tiga manajer audit, tiga supervisor, dan tiga staff yang telah memiliki pengalaman yang memadai dalam menggunakan teknologi dalam proses audit sebagai informan. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa informan mendapatkan manfaat dengan penggunaan teknologi audit untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses audit dengan tidak mengompromikan kualitas audit. Selain itu, terdapat tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penggunaan teknologi audit sehingga tidak semua teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan dalam seluruh proses audit. Kata kunci: Teknologi Audit, Efektivitas dan Efisiensi Audit, Kualitas Audit. This research aims to understand the implementation of technology in the audit process regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of the audit at KAP ABC. The study involved interviews with nine employees, including three audit managers, three supervisors, and three staff members with sufficient experience in using technology in the audit process. The interview results indicate that the informants benefit from the use of audit technology to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the audit process without compromising audit quality. However, there are challenges in the use of audit technology, preventing the utilization of all technologies throughout the audit process.Keywords: Audit Technology, Audit Effectiveness and Efficiency, Audit Quality
