ABSTRACT TARUMANAGARA UNIVERSITY FACULTY OF ECONOMIC AND BUSINESS JAKARTA (A) ANANDA RIZQITA RAMADHANI (115200387) (B) THE INFLUENCE OF E-TRUST, E-WOM AND PERCEIVED VALUE ON REPURCHASE INTENTION OF BUKALAPAK APPLICATION USERS IN JAKARTA (C) XVI + 101 Pages, 22 Table , 6 Pictures, 4 Attachments (D) MANAJEMEN PEMASARAN (E) Abstract : The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of e-Trust, e-WOM, and perceived value on repurchase intention on the Bukalapak application in Jakarta. This research uses a descriptive method. Data obtained through questionnaires distributed online using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The population in this study are people who live in Jakarta and have made online purchases on the Bukalapak application at least once. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study show that: a) e-Trust has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention in Bukalapak application users in Jakarta; b.) e-WOM has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention among Bukalapak application users in Jakarta; c) Perceived Value does not have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention among Bukalapak application users in Jakarta.
