ABSTRACT (A) PAULINE (B) ACTIVITIES OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS IN GRHA KEDOYA HOSPITAL TO GIVE PATIENT THE SERVICE SATISFACTION (C) x + 87 hlm, 2014, tabel 1, gambar 2, lampiran 30 (D) PUBLIC RELATIONS Abstract: This research is about how customer relations in Grha Kedoya Hospital give the service satisfaction to the patient. According to the Buttle Customer Relations activity in Grha Kedoya Hospital divided into two kinds, there are Acquiring New Customer that is prospecting customer, publisity, website, telemarketing, e-mail, sales promotion, merchandising and Retaining Existing Customer that membership (patient card) and sales promotion.
