The purpose of this research is to looking for the suitable strategy that should be performed by PD. Bina Usaha Gemilang in their business development. The method used in this research is descriptive that using primary data collected from interview with the owner of PD. Bina Usaha Gemilang. This research used the analysis of internal and exsternal environments. Industry environment analysis (five porter forces) and SWOT analysis for business development strategy. The business development strategy obtained by using IFE matrix (Iternal Factor Evaluation), EFE matrix (External Factor Evaluation), and IE matrix (Internal-External) to assure. It is recommended for PD. Bina Usaha Gemilang to use the proper Strategy. The result of IE Matrix for External Environtment Factor (3.116) and Internal Environtment Factor (3.140) pust the position of PD.
