Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the integrity of employees in a private company that is under a subsidiary of Government company. Researcher analyze with four dimensions of integrity consisting of honesty, sincerity, fairness and trust. Researcher use qualitative research methods with observation data collection techniques, interview, focused group discussions (FGD), and literature studies. The results this research on the dimensions of honesty, employees behave honestly associated with the credibility of honesty, as well as honesty behavior because of the profession, norms and context. In the dimension of sincerity, there are supporting factors (strong relationships, job mastery) and inhibiting factors (feelings of burden, personal motivation) of the sincerity. The dimension of justice is analyzed from the proportion of impact and proportion of time. The dimensions of trust, trust can be given directly and indirectly as well as the process in work or out of work Keywords : Integrity, Honesty, Sincerity, Fairness, Trust
