Abstract
Competition in today's world manufacturing industry, especially in the face of the changes occurring in the surrounding environment is very tight. To address this, the PT. MI engaged in manufacturing producing blades should be able to improve its performance and demonstrate its ability to survive in the competition. It also requires PT.MI to have innovation and employees who not only keep abreast of, but which is also a growing because of the changes. In response to the above, the proposed design of the Balanced Scorecard in PT.MI especially in the production departments based on the vision and mission of the company as a basis for the creation of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) which will be used to conduct performance measurement and strategic map-making company. Based on the collection and processing of data that has been done shows in the form of 16 KPIs that can be used as performance benchmarks and 18 strategic initiatives that can be implemented in PT.MI.
