Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out the forms of gender discrimination toward women worker who work in men domination work field. The another purpose of this study is to find out their effort in facing the gender discrimination and handling its influence toward their work motivation. The method of this study is in-depth interview. The series of interview were comitted from October 2005 until May 2006. The subjects interviewed in this study are five worker women who work in men domination work field and being victims of gender discrimination. The result of this study is women worker who work in men domination work field faced gender discrimination dan they use emotional focused coping to solve the problems.
