Abstract
Conformity is the social influences that causes individuals changing their attitudes and behaviors to conform with social norms. Conformity is mostly done by male middle adolescence. In middle adolescence, individuals have a tendency to seeking sensation in their neighborhood peers. Major motivating factor in the peer sensation seeking is also an important factor considered. People in middle adolescence tend to associate their behavior which he will be supported and received by a group of his peers, including the intentions of aggressive behavior. This study uses quantitative data collection with convinience sampling techniques, questionnaires to 100 subjects at various gathering place for male middle adolescence in South Jakarta. Data retrieval research began on 30 September to 31 October 2012. The results of this study can be concluded that there is significant influence between conformity and sensation seeking on intensity of aggressive behavior in male middle adolescence (F = 9.189, and p = 0.000 <0.05). Conformity and the sensation seeking contributed to intensity of aggressive behavior by 15,9% (R2 = 0,159).
