Positive behavior is the most important thing for the nurses work world in this era. One of the positive behavior is assertiveness. Assertiveness of the nurses can increase the patients satisfaction as consumers of the hospital. This positive behavior can not grow well without a good organizational climate. The purpose of this survey are to know are there or not a connection between organizational climate with the assertive behavior of the nurses. The subjects of this survey total 130 persons are still work as nurses in RSUD Tarakan and to take data use questionnaire. The data which has receive from the questionnaire further has correlate with the technique of Pearson Product Moment, with using the program SPSS 12.0 for windows. The result of survey show there is a positive connection between organizational climate and the assertive behavior of the nurses.
