Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the effect of Collective self esteem to Organizational Citizenship Behavior in employee at PT. X and PT. Y. This study obtaining sample from 97 employee at PT. X and 110 employee at PT. Y using cluster random sampling technique. The result shows that significant effect from Collective self-esteem on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in employee PT. X and PT. Y. The employee who are involve in company activities will be a good personnel, having a good sense of belonging to the company, have a positif perception to the company, and perceiving as a good employee to the company will implement the value of company with other co worker indicating prosocial behavior which is Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The result from linier regression technique attained an effect 3,5 % CSE to Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
