Abstract
The aim of this research is to know a difference of resilience between children's of Minangkabau ethnic and children's of Tionghoa ethnic in overseas wander. esilience is, a capability of someone to adapted in face of difficulty and to minimize a negative effect which can arise from the difficulty. Subject of this research are 160 childrens, consist of 80 children of Minangkabau ethnic and 80 children of Tionghoa ethnic, whose parents wander in Tangerang . Data processing in this research using t-test with SPSS 11.00 programme . The result of this research show that there is a different resilience between children's of inangkabau ethnic and children's of Tionghoa ethnic, where value of t (158)=2.257, p<0 .05. The result of this research is difference of culture give an 1infl\uence to children's resilience.
