%X Geopark development generates several investment opportunities for various sectors. However, a number of related problems were found which allegedly affected the sustainable performance of micro-enterprises in the Belitung Islands. This research aims to study and describe the influence of government regulations, smart
governance, digital innovation, business capabilities, business collaboration, and competitiveness on the sustainable performance of micro businesses in the Belitung Islands. The research used a quantitative research design. with descriptive survey and explanatory survey methods. The unit of analysis in the study was micro business actors in the Belitung Islands with the observation unit being the manager/owner of micro businesses that have implemented smart technology. The sample size was 245 respondents selected using simple random sampling technique.
The analysis design includes descriptive analysis and causality analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results show that competitiveness has a more dominant effect on the sustainable performance of micro enterprises. Meanwhile,
government regulations and smart governance have no direct effect on sustainable performance. Business capability has a greater effect than digital innovation, government regulation, and smart governance on microenterprise sustainability performance, both through business collaboration and through competitiveness.
Business capability has a greater effect than digital innovation, government regulation, and smart governance in building business collaboration and competitiveness of micro enterprises. The findings of this study resulted in a novelty which reveals that efforts to improve the sustainable performance of micro businesses rest on improving competitiveness and developing business collaboration based on business capability development and digital innovation as well as smart governance.
