Women's entrepreneurship in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) plays a crucial role in economic growth, especially amid economic uncertainty and high female unemployment rates. This study adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method, distributing questionnaires to 100 female entrepreneurs in Jakarta. The data analysis technique employs multiple linear regression using SPSS version 29. The findings indicate that motivation, self-efficacy, and social status collectively have a positive influence
on entrepreneurial interest. Individually, each independent variabelalso has a significant impact, with motivation being the most dominant factor in shaping entrepreneurial interest.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">Tesis</mods:classification><mods:classification authority="lcc">Pascasarjana</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2024</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>Universitas Tarumanagara;Pascasarjana</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mods:mods>
