between Transformational Leadership and Performance. The research is grounded in the importance of performance as a measure of organizational success, as well as a gap identified in previous studies concerning the link between leadership and performance. A quantitative approach was employed using a descriptive design and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis, based on data collected through
questionnaires from 190 respondents in March 2025. The results indicate that Transformational Leadership, Work-Life Balance, and Motivation each have a positive and significant effect on Performance, while Work Engagement was found to mediate the
effect of Transformational Leadership on Performance. The scientific novelty of this study lies in the development of a model that positions Work Engagement as a mediator to address gaps in previous research. The practical implication of these findings suggests that educational institutions should design human resource management strategies that not only enhance leadership but also foster work-life balance and encourage employee
engagement, which in turn can lead to improved performance</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">Tesis</mods:classification><mods:classification authority="lcc">Pascasarjana</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2024</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>Universitas Tarumanagara;Pascasarjana</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Thesis</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_49473"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_49473_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
